One shell versus assembled layers

Assembled construction stacks wall, roof and floor as separate systems and then spends the rest of the job making the junctions hold. A continuous shell starts from the opposite end: one member, then the finishes.

What that changes on site

Before the coating goes on, you can see the walls, roof and floor as the same core. That stage disappears permanently once the composite is applied, which is why Zenith photographs it.
